CIPP Epoxy Lining

What is the CIPP Epoxy method

The CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) system is one of the most advanced technologies for trenchless pipe rehabilitation.
In this method, a flexible liner impregnated with epoxy resin is inserted into the existing pipe and, through pressure and heat, it is molded and cured in place, forming a new internal structural pipe.

The old pipe becomes the mold for a new one — seamless, watertight, and corrosion-resistant — without any demolition or replacement.

How the CIPP Epoxy process works

  1. Video inspection and measurement: the internal condition and pipe dimensions are analyzed.

  2. Mechanical cleaning and preparation: buildup, rust, and residues are removed.

  3. Epoxy liner impregnation: the liner is fully saturated with a specialized epoxy resin.

  4. Insertion and curing: the liner is inverted into the pipe and cured with hot air, steam, or UV light, creating a strong, bonded structure.

  5. Final inspection: a video verification ensures perfect adhesion and uniform coating.

Advantages of the CIPP Epoxy system

  • No digging or surface demolition

  • Full structural reinforcement of the existing pipe

  • Completely watertight and corrosion-resistant

  • Fast installation and curing process

  • Suitable for diameters from 50 mm to 400 mm

  • Service life exceeding 50 years

Typical applications

  • Sewer, wastewater, and stormwater networks

  • Industrial and buried pipelines

  • Pipes in historical or hard-to-reach buildings

  • Urban and municipal infrastructure

The REVIPOX CIPP Epoxy system is the ideal solution for rehabilitating damaged or aged pipelines with minimal disruption and maximum durability.
