Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the REVIPOX.pt website and regulates the relationship between the user and REVIPOX, a brand specialized in CCTV inspection and trenchless pipe rehabilitation.

By accessing or using this website, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

REVIPOX provides technical services including:

• CCTV video inspection and pipeline diagnostics

• internal pipe cleaning and preparation

• internal rehabilitation using epoxy resins

• structural rehabilitation using CIPP technology

• localized repairs and sealing of defects

All services are carried out based on prior technical diagnosis and may vary depending on the actual conditions found on site.

3. Diagnosis and Technical Limitations

REVIPOX bases its recommendations on CCTV inspection and technical assessment at the time of intervention. However:

• not all defects are visible prior to cleaning or intervention

• removal of deposits may reveal additional issues

• actual pipe conditions may differ from initial observations

For this reason, any proposed solution may be adjusted based on the real conditions identified during execution.

4. Use of Images and Technical Records

During inspections and interventions, photographic and video records of the pipe interior are often collected.

REVIPOX may use these records for:

• technical documentation and reporting

• internal training and process improvement

• technical communication and service demonstration

All such materials will be used in an anonymous manner, without identifying the client or property location.

If the client does not authorize such use, this must be communicated prior to service execution.

5. Technical Reports and Documentation Delivery

Technical reports, including video, images and related documentation, are prepared after the completion of the service.

Their delivery is subject to full payment of the agreed service.

Until payment is confirmed, REVIPOX reserves the right to withhold:

• complete technical reports

• video and photographic records

• detailed documentation of the intervention

Preliminary explanations may be provided, without replacing formal delivery after payment.

6. Partnerships and Service Execution

REVIPOX may collaborate with specialized technical partners for the partial or full execution of services.

The user authorizes the sharing of necessary information (contact details, address, technical description) strictly for diagnosis, quotation or service execution purposes.

All partners comply with applicable data protection and confidentiality regulations.

7. Liability

REVIPOX shall not be held liable for:

• damages resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client

• hidden conditions not detectable during inspection

• limited access to pipelines or infrastructure

• pre-existing defective installations or prior interventions

• delays caused by external factors (site conditions, access limitations, third parties)

All images and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

8. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, payment conditions are defined at the time of service confirmation.

For scheduled interventions, partial advance payment may be required to secure the booking and mobilize the team.

Failure to comply with payment terms may result in suspension of services or withholding of technical documentation.

9. Intellectual Property

The REVIPOX.pt website, including brand, content, images, videos and texts, is the property of REVIPOX or authorized third parties.

Reproduction, copying or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Personal Data Protection

REVIPOX complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
