How the coating process works

1. Initial inspection and cleaning: before application, the pipes are cleaned and video-verified to ensure perfect surface adhesion.

2. Controlled drying: the pipe interior is completely dried, removing any moisture that could affect the epoxy bonding.

3. Epoxy application: the epoxy resin is applied evenly through a controlled rotation or spray process, creating a seamless and uniform inner lining.

4. Curing and final verification: after curing, a final video inspection confirms uniformity, thickness, and adhesion of the new inner wall.

When to choose a spot repair or a continuous epoxy coating

Knowing whether a spot repair or a full continuous epoxy application is needed depends on the overall condition of the pipeline and the extent of the damage detected during the video inspection. When we find only small cracks, localized leaks, or loose joints, a punctual repair with structural resin is usually enough. However, if the pipe shows multiple defects, corroded walls, recurring infiltrations, or general wear, the best solution is to apply a continuous epoxy layer along the entire section. This creates a new, watertight inner wall that ensures complete rehabilitation and extends the pipe’s lifespan for decades.
