Vertical stack rehabilitation is the process of restoring the vertical drainage pipes of a building — usually responsible for wastewater or rainwater flow — without having to replace the entire pipe. We use internal techniques such as epoxy resin coating or CIPP liners, which create a new watertight wall inside the existing pipe.
In most cases, no demolition or wall removal is needed. The intervention is carried out through existing access points (inspection boxes, sanitary outlets, etc.) using compact equipment that works from inside the pipe.
It depends on the number of floors and the condition of the pipe, but usually a full stack can be rehabilitated within one to two days, including cleaning, application, and final inspection. In occupied buildings, the work is carefully planned to minimize any interruption of water use.
