A CCTV inspection was carried out to assess the actual condition of the system.
Observed condition
The inspection identified multiple anomalies distributed throughout the network:
- cracks and micro-leaks
- degraded joints
- areas of internal wear
- buildup affecting flow
Overall condition: fair to poor, with progressive degradation and clear functional impact.
Applied solution
Based on the technical assessment, an internal rehabilitation strategy was defined, adapted to the condition of each section.
No-dig solutions were applied, including:
- epoxy lining in areas with loss of watertightness
- localized interventions at critical points
The objective was to restore functionality without dismantling or replacing the entire system.
Intervention results
After completion, the system showed:
- elimination of infiltration
- restored watertightness
- improved flow conditions
- stabilized performance
Final condition: good, with stable functional behavior.
